Ahma's Teachings

Ever since I was young, the one who took care of me and my siblings and supervised us 3 was my Ahma (dad's mother or my grandmother). She was the one who knows our dress sizes and keeps buying clothes for us every year up to now, even if she's already in Hong Kong living with our other relatives. But the thing that I am very thankful of my ahma's teaching was learning how to speak and understand Cantonese.

She taught and forced us to learn Cantonese, because our father side relatives are from Hong Kong. Evidently after all those years, I have became more fluent speaking Cantonese than Mandarin (Main Chinese language, taught in Chinese Schools) or Fookien (another Chinese dialect from the southern part of China, it is the most spoken dialect of Chinese here in the Philippines, mostly heard from locals in Binondo).

Pocket Note

What is the first thing you do when you arrived in your office or to school?

Do you make a schedule of what the things that you should be tackling for the day?

How do you organize your self and make the most out of a day?

HIGH SCHOOL

When I was in high school, there was a talk by a guest speaker (which I forgot his name) once shared about using a planner to organize oneself. At that time, I was not even using anything to organize my thoughts, homework, school activities and etc. I was scattered brain at that time, so I was eager to change myself at that time and tried his technique on how he manage his activities using a planner.

Since then I bought a simple planner and started to jot down all the assignment, quizzes and activities that I will be doing. Depending on this set up to manage myself, it had really helped me organize my thoughts and activities, most especially when I started college.

Questions in Life

Are you feeling tired of your work? doing the same routine at work everyday?

Waking up early and getting home late at night? and asking yourself "Will I always be like this?"

"Am I contented with what I am right now?"

"Is this really what I want to do for the rest of my life?"

"Is this really my dream job?"

All these questions in mind can be answered through this inspirational website. I dedicate this site in giving advice and sharing my personal stories with regards to having a balance and happy life. How I find a way to achieve my dreams and wants in life. Physically, Mentally, Emotionally Spiritually and hopefully in the future I can also contribute with Financially part (still a work in progress)
This is my illustration for the book "The 6 Effective Ways to Transform into an Extraordinary Worker" by Cesar Elan Gealogo..... read more

Hopefully I may be able to inspire other people, be able to help them organize their thoughts and aspirations, reflecting good vibes to their surroundings and help them enjoy their life to the fullest. Also this site is not only for working individuals but hopefully I can also inspire students and other graduating students to how to manage and prepare themselves for the real world and how to fulfill their dreams.
